Meet Dr. Kozacko,
Oral Surgeon of Raleigh, NC

Dr. Kozacko grew up in Elmira, NY. He graduated from the University of San Diego in 1992, and then earned his D.D.S. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine in 1997. He then began his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery at the University of North Carolina in 1997. He completed his Oral and Maxillofacial surgery residency from the University of North Carolina in 2001 and has been in private practice in North Raleigh since then. Dr. Kozacko practices a full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgery and specializes in wisdom teeth removal, dental implant placement and reconstructive jaw surgery.

Dr. Kozacko is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He is also a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He is an active member of the North Carolina Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Dental Association. Dr. Kozacko is also a current board member for the University of North Carolina Dental Alumni Association, and is the current president of the North Carolina 4th District Dental Society.

Dr. Kozacko is currently on the medical staff at Rex hospital and Wake Medical hospital in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Dr. Kozacko and his wife Tammy, have three boys (ages 1,3, and 4). In his spare time, Dr. Kozacko enjoys boating, fishing, waterskiing and woodworking. Dr. Kozacko is also an avid supporter and season ticket holder for the Stanley Cup Champion Carolina Hurricanes.
